See where intake may be leaking.
Model a scenario from inquiries through booked consultations, shows, follow-up, and retained-client value. Use your own measured baseline wherever possible; the outputs are ranges, not promised revenue.
Scenarios expose assumptions.
The leak path is modeled as monthly inquiries × (missed share + half of after-hours share, capped at 100%). The consultation range applies the supplied booking, show, and follow-up rates to 25%–75% of that modeled path. The gross-value range multiplies those consultations by the illustrative client-value input.
Real legal intake also includes practice fit, conflicts, jurisdiction, consent, accessibility, urgency, attorney review, malpractice controls, and retention policy. This tool intentionally does not make legal, ethical, or financial claims on behalf of a firm.
